Article 1 – Application

1. These Terms define the rights and obligations between us and users regarding the use of this Application.
2. By downloading, installing, or using this Application, users are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of these Terms.
3. If the content of these Terms differs from other descriptions of this Application, these Terms shall take precedence.

Article 2 – Definitions

1. "This Application" means OshiVista and related services.
2. "User" means all individuals who use this Application.
3. "Oshi Subject" means celebrities, idols, voice actors, VTubers, and other public figures that users register and manage.
4. "User Data" means all information (Oshi Subject information, event information, photos, notes, etc.) that users create, register, and save.

Article 3 – Service Content

1. This Application provides services for managing information about Oshi Subjects, checking event schedules, and recording memories.
2. Main features include: registration and management of Oshi Subjects, event schedule management, memory recording with photos and notes, AI-powered information retrieval, and calendar integration.
3. This Application uses external services (OpenAI, Perplexity, Firebase, etc.) for some features, subject to each service's terms.

Article 4 – Terms of Use

1. Users shall use this Application in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
2. Users shall use this Application at their own responsibility.
3. Users shall prepare necessary equipment, software, and communication means at their own expense.
4. Some features require an Internet connection. Communication costs are borne by the user.

Article 5 – Prohibited Activities

1. Acts violating laws or public order and morals
2. Acts infringing upon intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, or other rights of third parties
3. Acts that place an excessive burden on or interfere with the operation of this Application
4. Unauthorized access or impersonation
5. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling this Application
6. Other acts deemed inappropriate by us

Article 6 – Handling of User Data

1. Intellectual property rights in User Data belong to the user or rights holders.
2. User Data is stored locally on the user's device. We have no obligation to back up User Data.
3. Users shall back up their data regularly at their own responsibility.

Article 7 – Disclaimer

1. We may change or terminate this Application without prior notice.
2. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such changes or termination.

Article 9 – Governing Law

1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
2. The court having jurisdiction over our location shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
